お心当たりの方！（かた）
Who thinks it's them?!
（お？）言葉を返すようですが、
polite version of Right back at ya?
Or, 'I hate to say the same thing'?
Seems to be closesr to
"I resent that remark" or "I hate to disagree, but I would have to disagree." It's kind of rude -- albeit a polite alternative -- so, only use it when in a heated argument?
I don't mean to contradict you, but my team and I have been doing our best.
お言葉を返すようですが、私の部下も私も最善を尽くしてまいりました。
また、相手に対する敬意を前面に出して、次のように言うこともできます。
With all due respect,I don't think your plan will work.
お言葉を返すようですが、おっしゃるような計画はうまくいかないと思います。
........ 敵対するつもりではないことを伝える前置きになります。
これが社運をかけた会議の最中で、白熱して出てきた言葉なら問題ないと思いますが、たかだか提出物がＦＡＸかエクセルかって程度で「お言葉を返」さなくてもいい気がしますf^_^;
