そこから考えて、こういう仮説（？）を出してみようと思います。

Conclusion: Ryomuma fought hard for 'modern' Japan, or for Japan anyway. He probably died for Japan. So, when people do something stupid, or trivial, or don't exercise the rights Ryoma earned them (?)... he rolls in his grave. But rather, since he was a cry baby (in his younger age), he silently weeps for Japan..
