「神経衰弱」　（しんけいすいじゃく）　is also the name of a card game.

I wonder how many people actually use this term for mental troubles.

(It seems to me that most people would think of the card game instead of the mental condition when hearing the words 神経 and 衰弱 paired together.

(The English name for the game seems to be "Concentration".)
